About AOMG

The objective of AOMG is to represent the oleochemical industry wherever necessary.  It also seeks to promote the formation of reliable and responsible production of oleochemical without prejudicing normal competition between companies and countries.

The objectives of the AOMG are as follows:-

• to promote cooperation and coordination among the oleochemical manufacturers in the ASEAN region
• to initiate, encourage and coordinate the preparation and implementation of programmes, plans and projects that will accelerate and harmonise the growth and progress of the oleochemical industry in the ASEAN region
• to promote closer relations and cooperation between the oleochemical manufacturers in the region with other national, regional and international organisations with similar aims and objectives
• to formulate and develop recommendations on measures to encourage the development of application of oleochemical products in the region, and
• to compile, disseminate information of common concern as well as provide facilities for consultation and exchange of views between and amongst members
