Memberships
I. OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the AOMG are as follows:
- to promote cooperation and coordination among the oleochemical manufacturers in ASEAN region
- to initiate, encourage and coordinate the preparation and implementation of programmes, plans and projects that will accelerate and harmonise the growth and progress of the oleochemical industry in the ASEAN region
- to promote closer relations and cooperation between the oleochemical manufacturers in the region with other national, regional and international organisations with similar aims and objectives
- to formulate and develop recommendations on measures to encourage the development of application of oleochemical products in the region, and
- to compile disseminate information of common concern as well as provide facilities for consultation and exchange of views between and amongst members.
II. MEMBERSHIP
Membership in AOMG is opened to any company engaged in the manufacturing of primary oleochemicals in ASEAN. There are 2 conditions to membership, they are as follows:
- The company must be a member of the ASEAN Chemical Industries Club, and / or the relevant national oleochemical group where such exist,
- The company agrees to participate in the "AOMG Statistics"
III. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
US$2,000.00
Remittance of US$2,000.00 being payment of annual subscription should be made to the “CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES COUNCIL OF MALAYSIA”, whose account is at the Standard Chartered Bank, KL Main (Account No. 312-1-0101431-5).
